Meeting Time:
Every Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

Meeting Location:
North Oakland Family YMCA, located at 3378 E Walton Boulevard, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, which is on the South side of Walton Boulevard just West of Squirrel Road. There is a Visitor Host in the lobby before meeting to greet you and direct you to the meeting location within the building, which is on the third floor at the Southwest corner of the building.
